Return and Refund Policy
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason, from the date of delivery of the last item in your order. This period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
How to start a return or cancellation request Submit your request through your account at: https://shopify.com/106580214105/account. After submitting, you have 14 days to return the items.
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are covered by our store.
Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a full refund including the original standard shipping costs, to your original payment method.
Exceptions — non-refundable items The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or made-to-order products
- Digital content or downloads
- Personal hygiene products, if opened or used
